Seasoning is the process of using various spices or herbs to enhance the flavor of the dish. The enhancer is also called the seasoner. The seasoning should be done in a proper manner meaning that the fish pieces should be lightly coated with it and set aside for marinating for at least 30 minutes to have an intense flavor. The seasoning also proves to be very nutritious as it contains very little calories and some amount of salt. The best means to get the maximum benefits of the seasoning is to store it in a tightly closed glass jar which would allow it to retain its original taste and flavor.
